After completing his medical education at the Gülhane Military Medical Academy Faculty of Military Medicine, he completed his urology specialisation at the same university. He worked as a urology specialist at the Sarıkamış Military Hospital and the Gülhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital between 2010-2013 and 2013-2015, respectively. He then continued his academic career as an assistant professor and associate professor at the Department of Urology at the Gülhane Military Medical Faculty and the Department of Urology at the Gülhane Medical Faculty of the University of Health Sciences between 2015 and 2022. He currently works as a urology specialist at Liv Ulus Hospital and as a faculty member at the Department of Urology at Istanbul Health and Technology University. He has conducted research in the fields of endoscopic laser prostate surgery, laparoscopic & robotic surgery, urological oncology, and urological stone diseases. He currently provides advanced training and performs surgeries in these areas. These surgeries include HoLEP and ThuFLEP prostate surgeries, en bloc resection surgery of bladder masses using laser, laparoscopic and robotic cancer surgeries, testicular tumour surgeries, and advanced stone surgeries such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
